Shipping
Internet and Telesales orders are only available for customers in the United States and Canada. All orders are shipped using UPS or USPS, and are sent with delivery confirmation receipt. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours, please take this in consideration when estimating the arrival time of your package.

Refund
- Any item may be returned in original condition for a NO-Questions Asked full refund within 10 days from the shipping date if dissatisfied for any reason. You must return the product in its original condition and be responsible for shipping the product to us. The postmark of the return items must be no later than 10 days from date of receipt. We utilize the United States Postal Service and/or UPS Delivery Confirmation and Tracking on all orders to obtain receipt dates.
- Again, we are offering a complete refund minus all shipping & handling cost. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refund processing.

Twin Springs Group, Inc. utilizes a third party Shipping & Fulfillment company to ship all orders. Your credit card will be charged for applicable shipping and handling charges as outlined in the total of your shopping cart.
Your credit card statement will display GCMG as the Merchant of record for all shipping and handling charges.
Shipping procedure & Approximate shipping time:
All order usually ships within 24/48 hours or the next business day.
All shipments will be registered and certified in the NSCDB (National
Shipping & Certification Database) to ensure prompt delivery.
Out of stock items - if shipment expected in 10 days, we hold the order,
if shipment is not expected in 10 days, we will credit your account for the
amount of shipping and other applicable charges if you do not wish to wait.
Refund policy:
No refunds can be given on the Shipping & Handling once your order is shipped (usually within 24 hours). If you decide to cancel your order prior to being shipped, please email us by replying to the order confirmation email that was sent to you as soon as you finalize your order prior to shipping to cancel. There will be a handling fee per item which will not be credited upon canceling your order.
Substitutions:
In the event of closeouts, some items might sell-out prior to Receiving your order - if this happens, the item will either be substituted for a similar item or you will receive a credit on your charge card for the amount of applicable shipping because we could not fulfill your order.
Shipping outside the U.S.:
We do not ship outside of the United States.
Colors are displayed for preference only, Twin Springs Group, Inc. will substitute color if the preferred color is out of stock.
